[Chicago Pizza News] The Gestalt of Pizza?

Hey Pizza Lovers! I just read an interesting article in the new issue of Wired Magazine and wanted to share it with all of you. Ok, ok... so this news item isn't about Chicago pizza per se — the author here focuses on the differences between New York and California pizza — but it does bring up some pretty interesting ideas about some of the overlooked aspects that go into making a delicious pizza.
