CPC invaded Dante's on November 6, 2024.
For the second time, CPC held two meetings in one night. Dante's, our second stop, was more for the the Wednesday night trivia than for the pizza.
Short version: The trivia was good, the beer selection wasn't great, the pizza was, well, the pictures tell the story.

Back in my Serious Eats writing days, I visited Dante's in 2012. I hadn't been back since.
We also got a much more straightforward pie: Pepperoni and nothing else ($28.50 for 20"). It wasn't any better.
Dante's doesn't put much effort into their pizza so I'm not putting much effort into this review. Recommended for trivia. Eat before you get there. That's all I've got.

I missed out on stop #1 that evening and I'm upset with my life and my self about that. Dante's was....okay. I'dve preferred to go to Cleo's across the street for their Tuesday wing special, but alas, this is a pizza club and not a wings club. I side with Marla Collins' Husband on trivia being pretty decent. Also, seeing his recollection of the pizza prices...yeah, that's a bit upsetting to pay $40 for that pizza. I did not check out their beer there.
First: Derp, we went on a Wednesday. Still: Cleo's wings would've been better.
Second: Uhhmm...3.7 out of 10 on Dante's, partial demerit for ridiculous $40 not-that-great pizza.
